WHO WE ARE
A unique group of Trans World Airlines (TWA) management employees who flew as Directors of Customer Service (DCS) between 1970 and 1976. Originally overseeing quality in-flight service on the 747 and L-1011 widebody fleets, we later performed market segment duties on narrowbody aircraft as well.

OPERATION LIFTOFF, our selected charity, is a very special program designed to help critically ill children realize their dreams by making their “wish trips” a reality. Treasurer Arlene Perla Elliott is the DCS Alumni coordinator for OPERATION LIFTOFF. We recently made a significant donation to the charity in memory of our fellow alums who soar forever in our memories.
