WHO WE ARE
A unique group of Trans World Airlines (TWA) management employees who flew as Directors of Customer Service (DCS) between 1970 and 1976. Originally overseeing quality in-flight service on the 747 and L-1011 widebody fleets, we later performed market segment duties on narrowbody aircraft as well.
ACTIVITIES AND NEWS
The DCS Alumni Association draws members from all over the world for its reunions and regional gatherings. Details and photos are posted on the Latest Updates and Reunions pages.
2009 REUNION IN CHICAGO! As detailed on the Latest Updates page, our next reunion will take place in The Windy City. Additional information will be posted as we firm up our plans.
OPERATION LIFTOFF, our selected charity, is a very special program designed to help critically ill children realize their dreams by making their “wish trips” a reality. Secretary Arlene Perla Elliott is the DCS Alumni coordinator for OPERATION LIFTOFF. In 2006, two significant donations were made to the charity in the names of John Cohen and Tom Mannino, two fine DCSs that joined those who soar forever in our memories.

E-MAIL COMMUNICATIONS supplement our website as a means of keeping in touch. With mail and printing costs continuing to rise, the e-mail option saves money and time. DUES are our main source of funds for mailings, our website and other administrative expenses. We will send you a postcard shortly with instructions on submission of 2008 dues.
