WHO WE ARE
A unique group of Trans World Airlines (TWA) management employees who flew as Directors of Customer Service (DCS) between 1970 and 1976. Originally overseeing quality in-flight service on the 747 and L-1011 widebody fleets, we later performed market segment duties on narrowbody aircraft as well.
ACTIVITIES AND NEWS

2009 REUNION IN CHICAGO! As detailed on the Reunions page, our next gathering will take place in The Windy City. Additional information will be posted as we firm up our plans.
OPERATION LIFTOFF, our selected charity, is a very special program designed to help critically ill children realize their dreams by making their “wish trips” a reality. Treasurer Arlene Perla Elliott is the DCS Alumni coordinator for OPERATION LIFTOFF. We recently made a significant donation to the charity in memory of our fellow alums who soar forever in our memories.

DUES are our main source of funds for mailings, our website and other administrative expenses. We will send you a postcard shortly with instructions on submission of 2008 dues.
