Attendee List

(updated September 18)

It was announced at our San Antonio business meeting that Tucson has been selected for the 2017 reunion. Alum Bruce Megenhardt, who resides there, completed an extensive review of available hotels, and secured the beautiful Lodge on the Desert. In addition, Evelyn Spath-Mercado and Jennifer Larssen are serving as our reunion party and menu planners. We will enjoy complimentary hot breakfast, two for each room, plus free parking and WiFi.

Take a tour on the hotel website at: http://www.lodgeonthedesert.com/

For attendees that already have room reservations, ontact our hotel rep, Lindsay Grissom Rutherford should you need assistance. Call her at (520) 320 2005 . Lindsay's office hours are Monday-Friday, 9 am to 5 pm Mountain STANDARD time.

Reservations may be cancelled up until 72 hours prior to arrival without penalty.

The Lodge on the Desert is a smaller, boutique hotel with 103 rooms and suites, many with fireplaces, private patios or balconies, double sink vanities, ceiling fans, separate tub and shower accommodations. Parking is free and complimentary WiFi is included. This two-story property does not have an elevator, but check-in staff stand ready to assist you with luggage to your room.

For interested early arrivals, an informal Thursday no-host dinner will be planned as well, plus our traditional Friday welcome party and Saturday night dinner.

We will provide bus transportation for a return visit to the Pima Air & Space Museum -http://www.pimaair.org/- which was such a success during our 2007 reunion. A head count will be requested closer to reunion time.

Tucson has many other attractions to offer, so mark your calendar now for this fun weekend.

Reunion menu and party planners Evelyn Spath-Mercado and Jennifer Larssen visited Lodge on the Desert May 30 to formalize details. Great job, Ladies!
